Qualifications:

As Executive Assistant for Syracuse Executives Association, the following are duties I perform regularly:

  • Sending out weekly correspondence to members

  • Preparation of weekly newsletters

  • Preparation of weekly meeting agendas

  • Setting up and facilitating weekly meetings

  • Attending Board Meetings and recording meeting minutes

  • Monitoring weekly attendance

  • Maintaining weekly spreadsheet of leads generated by members

  • Working with Committee Chairs to create specialized programs

  • Scheduling members' presentations

  • Creation of business-related topics for weekly discussions

  • Maintaining monthly calendar of events on the Association’s website.

I also spent over 13 years at Bennett Business Services performing clerical duties on an as-needed basis from my home office, specializing in office support and administrative services with a primary focus on all facets of association management.

Pricing:

Project pricing is hourly based. Hourly rates start at $26.00 and are based on content, nature of job/project, legibility, among other factors. We can work together to find a price that works for both of us.

To those of you reading this, hello!! My name is Jennifer, and I am looking forward to helping others with their clerical needs. I was born and raised in Central New York and thoroughly enjoy living here and getting to experience all four seasons. I have over 14 years of educating experience and 13 years of office administration experience; both of which I am very passionate about.
